No issues whatsoever, tried almost every aspect. Works flawlessly out of the box.
Use Proton 4.11.x Instead Of 5.0.x
If you would like to login to your own My.Com account, unfortunately, fat chance. You may end all sessions and login but you won't be launching pre-installed Allods.
This is a major bummer for me because I'm an old school player. Thus it's playable but not for me.
Gives "Unknown Error" and forces you to quit.
Game runs okay when installed from it's official website, however it's impossible to login with a Google account - and in my case, Facebook account never got login.

Some choppy audio here and there, couple of framerate problems but not even a minor deal; game works perfectly out of the box.
Works better than 3.7, no issues at all. Game runs perfect out of the box.
Game requires no tweaks whatsoever, at least on my setup, however you might not get the performance you get on Windows. Otherwise, works fine.
Workaround is simple, set your launch option like this: PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
A fine experience, though depending on your hardware you might suffer in certain situations.
While Main Hub suffers from some performance problems, the actual gameplay does not. It runs pretty well in Matches and Monster Missions.
There are some stutters here and there.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 is essential due to latest DXVK implementation of DX9. This has been affecting many applications using DirectX 9.
Otherwise use Proton 4.x series but this will lower your performance.
Great experience, but could be better.
Not a visually demanding game, however there are some FPS drops.
Can Create Character, Can't Play
You probably won't be able to login to a server that isn't recommended out of the box, it'll stuck in a loop. You'll be able to create a character after a frozen loading screen and the game will freeze (or maybe stuck in a very long loading) afterwards.
