When I started the game I just got a black screen. I tried a few launch options form my other games and this one I borrowed from house flipper:
PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 --skip-logo
When I added that option it started. I played all the way through the tutorial. I then started the campaign. It acts like there are cutscenes that are not playing at the start of the campaign but can be successfully skipped by pressing escape to continue playing.
The games runs well with the launch option. I have made it to the second Office and had an enjoyable time.
Glitch showing Fullscreen when windowed. unchecking ->click apply->check again-> hit apply fixes it.
Needs: PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Crash stopped after launch option added: PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Go to compatibility and select Proton 5.13-6 Menu is basic compared to normal but al you need is play button and that works.
Startup and cutscene corruption fixed with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% -Not Widescreen but there is a patch and config hack for that
