I'd say that 99% of the bugs and slowness/lags of the games just come from it poor optimization and lacks of fixes than proton, as i played with someone on Window, with the sames troubles.

The games runs well with the launch option. I have made it to the second Office and had an enjoyable time.

Glitch showing Fullscreen when windowed. unchecking ->click apply->check again-> hit apply fixes it.

Performance:Significant Performance Problems

Tried single player, couple beginner missions, no issues. framerate around 30fps on ultra settings. Dunno if the game is just badly optimized or if its due to Steam Play
