no matter what boot arg i tried thr game CANT startup just stays on a small black window forever and may crash afte a while.

installed 60 fps cutscene mod
vertex explosions are constant (RADV_DEBUG=syncshaders) fixes it BUT TANKS performance if you use it.
a tad jittery at times and near 70 fps in castle area
with a little of patience this game will be running in no time

after trying to arrive at destination after going to your garage it crashed
i was ONLY able to run this game after attempting to run it from steam MULTIPLE times. for the first couple of times it will act as what everyone is saying, crash after splash screen BUT if you keep trying to launch it after it crashes it should run.

Fedora with nvidia seems to be a issue
works fine but fedora linux will need to remove a file called libmpg123.so.0 from the game folder to get sound

sound wont work on fedora linux if you have a Nvidia card, to fix this you mist remove a file called "libmpg123.so.0" in the games directory, then sound will work.

the performance has been bad for months and is unchanging. i have good hardware and still 70 fps.
70 fps avg with a 3090 ti and 5950x is unrealistic
Compleatly busted for me some people had luck running the game but even following those steps dont work for me
crashes when running in desert
Constant crash after first part in running in desert
having FSR enabled shows a black screen over all elements on the screen while game plays in the background

Cutscenes dont work unless you use proton GE version, stock experimental wont cut it. wll freeze if cutscene wont play
you HAVE to use proton GE to get this game working, didnt work out the box

becides the explosions effect missing and controller glyphs if you know what to press you can use a controller of your choice
