Without the startup flags, I only got around 10 FPS, but with them, I got around 30.
Running it as Native was quite unstable for me (crashing regularly and averaging around 1 FPS), however switching to Proton addressed my problems. I'm also using every DLC available in the game, and I have roughly 40 mods activated, which reduces my in-game performance slightly.

Not using the -fullscreen flag will result in the window not being fully fullscreen.
I haven't experienced any crashes, only slight stutters.

Crashes every 30 to 60 minutes.
Multiplayer very infrequently just refuses to work completely by giving a "Region: Failed (0x0)" connection error.
The game seems to favor AMD cards over NVIDIA cards, and that could be because of the drivers or simply the lack of care from the developers to make it work flawlessly with NVIDIA cards.
