Except for the FPS drops in the inventory, everything is fine.

FPS drop to 1-3 FPS in the loadout menu. For comparison: Game runs at 144+ FPS outside the loadout.

Unfortunately, the loadout menu is an important part of the game.
Apart from the "loadout menu FPS drops", it runs much smoother and more fluidly than on Windows.
Works out of the box. No problems. No performance issues. Everything as usual.

10-20 FPS (Windows 100-120)
I tried several Proton versions. I tried every solution suggested here and combined them with the different Proton versions. I also tried different Nvidia drivers. The best I got was: 10-20 FPS with strong input lag. (For better classification Windows: 100 - 120 FPS @ same settings).
