Game starts in a window with 1280x720, but I could change in Game Options to 1920x1080 Full-screen.
Sometimes the frame rate go down to 35-40fps, but it's not often.
I also played with Ubuntu 24.04, but got a few unexpected crashes in the first few hours. I don't know why that happened. With Fedora, the game runs stable for several hours.
Game runs (after the last patches) fine now at 1920x1080 60Hz. Mostly Ultra settings. HDR off. Deactivated 'chromatic aberrations'

If someone has crashes, try the following…> https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/6510#issuecomment-1422921442 or instead of setting it permanently run: "sudo sysctl -w vm.max_map_count=16777216"
I noticed, the resolution and frame rate of the monitor (4k 120Hz) makes a big difference at my system. At only 60Hz and 1920x1080 (instead of 100 or 120) the system is much quieter and the game runs stable at 60Hz.

Install Steam… Enable 'Proton experimental' … Install and Launch the Game … Have fun 8)
In the first two hours, the game runs absolutely fine with 1920x1080 @ 120Hz in maximum settings. Nothing negative to say.
During the first start, there are some windows where I had to create an EA-Account…this took about a minute. For someone who has an account already, it's just a login.
The game runs smoothly and without any problems in full-screen resolution 1920x1080@120Hz (VRR enabled in Ubuntu).
Graphics settings [ Epic ] Raytraycing is off (activation is possible). VSync on. FFSR2 quality. Effects all off. Nothing else to say.
In a few situations, when looking around or turning with the character, there were some stutters. But these were only 2-3 seconds long, and in the 2h this only happened 3 times.

Spielbar, aber aufgrund der Artefakte ist die Interaktion im Spiel teils schwierig. 'Proton-5.21-GE-1' bringt leider keine Verbesserung.
Läuft ohne Artefakte mit der Startoption: RADV_DEBUG=llvm %command%
