Disable Shader Pre-Caching in the desktop mode client.
Disable the shader pre-caching is the key. Using a latest GE proton so the mp4 video in the game can be played. The only issue of playing it on steam deck is typing Chinese characters at the beginning as in other Heluo studio's games.
