Panzer Dragoon: Remake
There's a video playback bug, but I suspect most players of this have also experienced the Saturn original and as such know what to expect.

Video cutscenes render as a test video, with the original cutscene's audio and subtitles overlaid. Fortunately, the game prompts the player with an option to skip them. Real-time rendered cutscenes aren't a problem.
Gameplay generally is excellent.
Tested with fullscreen resolution switching and a wired Xbox Series controller.

You can configure video settings. But when attempting to launch the game, it's quickly crashes out and back to desktop.
Tested both window and full screen settings along with a variety of resolutions to no avail.
