In order for the haptic feedback of the Dualsense controller to work, I needed to connect the audio output of the game to the proper playback channel of the controller using PipeWire. I used a software called Helvum to get a GUI and do this. More information can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/1b5cemu/enable_dualsense_haptic_feedback_in_helldivers_2/
Haptic feedback of the Dualsense controller not working.
Good and stable performance. You can just install and play. I had problems with haptic feedback of the Dualsense controller, wich is a function that the game is supposed to support out of the box. Other than that, it's just smooth.

I only used these initialization options because I saw people on ProtonDB recommending.
I believe there is not need for any tricks, I only used the initialization options because people recommended. The game runs with a lot of FPS, normally more than 100fps and graphics are beatiful. It was one of the best experiences playing on Linux.
You can just install it and play.

All the aspects of the game works fine, but the audio from the voice chat is not reliable anymore. It works sometimes on the lobby or in small areas, but not in heavy combat areas. This problem did not use to happen when running the game on Windows.
Just works out of the box. I had problems with input audio in a previous install, but this time it worked just fine.
When pressing the touchpad on the Dualshock 4 to open the map, the character would hit because it was acting like a click from the mouse.
