Absolutely flawless with my wired Xbox controller on my hardware. Multiplayer too (although I got smashed by elites).
Great game, easy to run, works without tweaks.
The game has some blatant cheating in it (players openly admitting to it as well). Whilst this isn't a Proton issue - one might suggest that some form of anti cheat solution needs to be implemented. Lets hope the Devs do this properly (server side) and don't break Linux compatibility by using EAC.
Didn't troubleshoot much, pressed play - doesn't launch. Got stuck on Ubisoft crap.
Too many issues to enjoy for long
Same old Zero Hour bugs, and crashes when ALT-TAB or screen focus lost.
Game is kinda broken, hope fixes come soon.
Game crashes quite regularly for me, it would ruin the experience for a new player.
Game crashes frequently
Occasional crash occurs out of the blue. Seemingly random.
Still managed to play it enough to clock the game.
Borked game
Just doesn't even launch, minimal testing occured outside of changing proton version
Had fullscreen issues when trying to run natively. Forcing proton 6.3-8 fixed the issue.
Game crashes unless set to forced Proton. Forcing proton 6.3-8 fixed the issue.
Game had a myriad of issues when launching natively. Proton experimental or 7.x didn't work. Forcing proton 6.3-8 fixed the issue.
Used to work fine for me on Ubuntu 20.04, but doesn't work since upgrading to Fedora 34.
Game verifies 100% but doesn't get past the 64/32 bit selection window.
