Works great even with mods
The game works perfectly with or without mods. I installed a few quality of life mods like proper save and faster interactables. I use r2modman-bin from the AUR and launch it with r2modman --no-sandbox to install mods. If the "start modded" option doesn't work, copy the launch options from the help section on r2modman.

Creashed once on starting a multiplayer lobby, has been successful since then. I had the same multiplayer crash as mentioned in most other reports when the game launched. This seems to be (mostly) fixed now.
