It is just the prologue, so it's very short. It works very well, although with some noticeable glitches that are easy to get around.
Mostly fine as the mouse is not used that much
A lag spike every so often but mostly it was okay
After I completed it the continue button was still there and if I clicked it weird things happened.
proton change needed
i had change back an older proton to can use the buttons in the game
Seems to work fine in general.
Saw some rare minor stuttering in the video when cars went by on the street.
Some videos don't work.
Played for half an hour from the beginning. Gameplay generally works fine. One video (I think between the indoor and outdoor scene) did not play - color bars showed instead. Saw some very minor stuttering in the street scene when a car went by.
Native version is awful, use Proton instead
Game ran OOTB without issues at a steady 60 FPS, use Gamemode or you might run into slight frame drops here and there
The game works perfectly fine. No issues.
It crashes. Constantly.
Crashed in the Detective menu, also when just walking down the street. Hard lock up of the screen. Had to alt-tab to shut it down.
Game installed succesfully, windows borders showed up then crashed with no error sign
tried both linux runtime and native
Launched, showed the title, before UE popped up a "Fatal Error" message.
The game ran flawlessly except for two minor things. The first one is that the game is not native to Linux but steam does not automatically make it use proton. Had to go to properties to make it use latest proton. The second is that the ending video that is suppose to play when you've finished the game only plays audio. The video itself was black. FPS performance was not 60 fps but it was most definitely playable at 35-50+ FPS.
The game worked, but at the first launch it gave out only 9 fps. On the next launches, there were 20 sometimes 30 fps, which is 15-20 less than on Windows. I was unable to either Linux or Windows to go beyond the office, no one knocked on the door. And recently, the game itself disappeared from my disk to Linux, and no longer wants to be installed. Proton writes that the exe file was not found. Trying to check the integrity of the cache and reinstalling the game did not help.
DX11 problem
Framerate is not very good, less than 40 fps, other than that everything is fine.
It works out of the box, but the frame rate is not great, I get an approx average of 20fps with lots of stutters. I get double the FPS on Hitman 2 which is a heavy title, game is probably not well optimised or has issues with proton.
Did play the game just for a few minutes, coming to the conclusion that I don't like it. It was working without any issues for that time.
