Played start to finish with zero issues. Very low power requirements. Can get 5-6 hours on a charge.
Perfect for the deck. Low power consumption. Plenty of control options without needing to configure anything.
The game seems to work fine on the Steam Deck. Although I haven't completed it fully yet (played only half way through) so I can't be 100% sure there aren't any edge cases later on in the game. But it looks like it doesn't have issues.
The game's engine expects an older version of libcrypt than exists in my distro. This is why the game fails to launch without the Steam Linux Runtime.
Doesn't Run Natively
Attempts to run the game from native port were unsuccessful, but works on proton 5.10
Seems to play perfectly on Proton 5.0-10. Native version crashed on startup, and game doesn't render text with Proton 7.0.
Game must be downloaded with Steam Play compatability turned on. If you download the Linux version and then switch to Proton, the game won't start. You'll need to uninstall and re-install.
Game works native and on Proton out of the box.
