the only issue i came across was the default controller mapping made the gameplay difficult so i would suggest editing the controller mapping for this game outside of that the game plays perfectly even when using the r18 patch on it and the movies work too

Game runs & sound is good. However, out of the box there are issues with font rendering resulting in the text being oddly formatted. Since text is a huge part of the game, submitting as silver.
