Aside from changing the graphics options which crashes the game for me, and aside from the launch options that you have to set, yes.
gamescope -w 2560 -h 1440 -W 2560 -H 1440 -- %command%
Trying to change graphics options crashes the game
I had to install gamescope for this to work, oter than that, it's a solid experience
runs perfect

First report I used native. Ran mostly okay. Proton runs faster and smoother signifigantly, at least for me. Game works.
Occasional Desyncs - Caused by rollercoaster crashes usually

runs worse than on windows, could just be my first time linux user issues
stuttering every few seconds
it runs native :)

Works perfectly out of the box
Playing coop did work just fine.
Pretty much the same as on Windows. Works perfectly fine in coop multiplayer

Choose the OpenGL mode for flawless experience.
PC crashed repeatedly on Direct X. No crashes on OpenGL
Occasional disconnects, these also occured to friends playing on windows.

Works out of the box
Didn't need to change anything. Game ran perfectly.

Works out of the box. FPS drops a bit as your park grows, but that happened to me on Windows as well.
It just works.

As I was not (!) using Proton GE the game crashed when I started a new game or loaded a savegame. After switching to GE I was able to load/start games and play them.
Works like a charm. Just finished the tutorial but I was able to finish it in around 20-30 mins without any crash or issues.

The game runs great with some community controls. There is one problem when opening the Steam or Quick Access menu it might show a "Failed to get cursor position: Success" error. However this error is harmless and there is a checkbox to ignore the error for a game session. Devs are aware of the problem.

We had about 1,5k visitors and I had around 10 - 20 FPS
Game works perfectly. Performance is not the best. (With many visitors) You can play Multiplayer with windows players.
If you want to play cross-platform multiplayer with Windows players, using Proton works surprisingly well.
There is some "stripey" graphical artifacting on shadows. It's minor and doesn't bother me personally. Otherwise works like native.
Online multiplayer works cross-platform on Linux with multiple Windows players, as good or better than on Windows!
The multiplayer mode is still in beta at time of playing, and online multiplayer is very glitchy even when every player is using Windows. I still encountered issues playing multiplayer on Proton, but I actually had FEWER issues on Linux/Proton than I did playing multiplayer on Windows native with the same Windows players. I have played multiple multiplayer games with Windows players for 2+ hours each.
Considering that the native Windows multiplayer is still glitchy, and Proton multiplayer is as good or better, I rate the Proton cross-platform multiplayer as excellent.
