Error "please run the game from the Reign Of Kings.exe" apears in the main menu. Changing settings in the main menu is possible, but the game chrashes when trying to connect to a server, or just after about 2 minutes in the menu. Tried with all available versions of SteamPlay, same behaviour. Tried to run the Reign of Kings.exe with wine 6.1, and the exact same behaviour. As others have stated already, most likely a fault of Easy Anti-Cheat.

Only able to get to menu before it crashes. This is most likely because of Easy Anti-cheat, and this being a multiplayer only game.

I made it to the homescreen, I can change the options, the controls, but there is an error message on the screen "Please run the game from Reign Of Rings.exe" and it crashes when you try to join a server.
