Installed thru Windblows, runs single core, doesn't recognize USB cam - cam2ip works but recoginition is upside down and lag gets worse
It is possible to get FaceRig running but it will use only 1 CPU core and it does not look like any of it gets off loaded to the GPU so there will alays be a hot spot on your CPU. It will not recognize the USB camera as is but when I used a program called "cam2ip" I was able to use my USB camera as an IP camera and feed that into FaceRig. It would recognize my face but its tracking was upside down, calibration does nothing either. As the program continues to run the video lag would progressively get worse and worse until the "IP camera" was disconnected and reconnected. Finally, there is no way for it to stream a virtual camera so window capture with a green croma key is the only other option. So much for them hinting of doing a port to native Linux... :/ (PS: GPU is actually NVidia 1070 with their drivers)

Like others, still stuck at the first time startup installer script (step 1 of 27)
Will have to wait for an update to proton that resolves this installer script issue

Stuck performing first time setup (Step 1 of 27)
FaceRig downloads fine, but when I hit the 'Play' button it's stuck on "Performing first time setup... Installing: (step 1 of 27)".
Stuck running the install script (Step 1 out of 27)
Downloads but first time setup freezes
Program odpala się ale wyświetla tylko czarny ekran

Launcher is a black screen, camera isn't detected, WEBM driver has errors when installing
FaceRig loads fine on Proton 4.11 (although the launcher doesn't), but since it fails to detect the camera it's basically unusable.
Application crashes at startup

Tried to test out if FaceRig would work with Proton, and custom versions of Proton like Proton 1.14-GE-1 or Proton 1.15-GE-2, but it doesn't. It's completely broken and just gives you a never ending popup loop of "mscorelib recursive resource lookup bug" Like literally any button you hit to dismiss this message just opens up repeatedly with this bug error, and has to be forcibly killed with pkill -9 exe
to get rid of it. -- If you try to select the Bypass Launcher (Troubleshooting) it attempts to load, but the window immediately turns black and can't see anything, but things are still clickable, and you will immediately get another popup error box asking if you want to dump the crash to a logfile. So yeah 100% borked unless someone can find a way to fix that issue.

The software launches but a good portion of the UI is missing and it doesn't seem to be able to access camera.

Launcher doesn't work (black window) and bypassing the launcher gives the screen of the character, but webcam capturing doesn't work and can't change any options. It captures the voice and the mouth moves, though.

Launcher displays a brief title screen and then a blank screen, bypassing the launcher results in a non functioning cam shown on screen with a non-responsive character in the background.

Opens windows which can be interacted with / Black screens, couldn't find virtual screen / None

Launcher shows only a black screen, bypass the launcher via steam, the software does run, but the camera does not pick up and the UI is missing.
