Tried installing Visual C Redistributable with appropriate WINEPREFIX. Still produces same error. However, can be run directly via Wine but interface is all borked (cant use keyboard shortcuts, mouse cursur offset) and no video playback.

Displays an error message related to KERNEL32.DLL at launch, but doesn't prevent the game from starting. Videos are black.

Videos (both cutscenes and in-game camera feeds) don't work properly : display is black, though audio is fine. Might be correctable by tweaks. Resolution and detail level are at lowest by default.
