El juego no me abría de manera normal con la configuración de compatibilidad de steam por defecto, me daba un "error fatal" pero logré hacer que funcionara cambiando a proton 7.0-6 y funciona con normalidad.

I haven't used the most accurate Defender Game Racer Turbo RS3 gamepad, so it's hard to say for sure about the accuracy of the input, I didn't notice any difference when running on Windows. I recommend using GE-Proton to run.
