Works wonder but be ready to tinker with the graphical settings. It is the nature of game, though, not the fault of Proton or whatever.
The game is hard to properly run even on Windows, but it seems that AMD FidelityFX is going to benifit greatly from a MESA patch in version 24.3

Too much latency with the keyboard. This kind of game needs a hyper-reactive keyboard with very few latency, this is not the case here
Tryed it with wine 9.0 beta, still too much lag :-(
Was able to play all 5 tables at 240 fps at high settings without the use of dlss/fsr; Also all in game videos play at time of writing using the latest experimental!
Worked well with no tinkering
The game ran at about 45 FPS at default (Medium) settings during the tutorial. After the tutorial it ran at a pretty solid 60 FPS while playing a table. I bumped the graphics up to High and the game still ran at a solid 60 FPS. I do not have all the DLC tables so can't say if those will perform differently, but the included free table seems to run very well.

only thing i had to do was change resolution to 1200 x 800.but beside that seems to run fairly well
