EAC not configured to support Linux/Proton
Borked!
Due to the kernel level version of EAC being used you cannot get into a match, you get a kernel failure warning. I did not attempt any custom scripts (I'm a newb to Linux gaming) so I will check in to see if any of you expert tinkerers figure out a workaround.
EAC issues on Linux
PROTON_USE_EAC_LINUX=1 %command%
I tried Proton 8, 9, and Experimental, each with and without the command options. The menu all worked fine, but any time I tried to join a match I would get anti-cheat integrity check failed (0x2200)
. I've seen that error a few times on other games using Easy, and it seems like it's something the devs have to fix.
There isn't any offline play or tutorial, so I couldn't do any playing. This is from the playtest, btw.
Anti-Cheat failed
Game stars fine on different Proton versions but as soon as you want to start a match you get disconnected telling "anti-cheat integrity check failed (0x2200). you have been disconnected".
Anti cheat kicks you while match making
Game installs and starts just fine, allows you to get into option and set them but as soon as you start match making it give you an Anti cheat verification error.
Unable to verify anticheat integrity
