The initial loading screen is not scaled to full screen and only covers top left portion of the screen. The menu can be seen underneath. This does not affect the gameplay in any way.
The red paint does not trigger consistently. On a sloped surface (like the ramp where the paint is introduced) the detection flickers. This makes it impossible to get the intended speed effect and the level cannot be completed. (And the game is essentailly softlocked.)
It just works. :D

Works out of the box
after switching from fullscreen to windowed, going back to fullscreen did not work

Its a fun little game, and a cool peice of gaming history, given that these mechanics would later be incorportated into portal 2. Only possible problem is that the look sensitivity is really high, but its not a big deal.

For some reason, the game may not start with Proton version over 7.0, at 7.0 launching may take long, but 5.0-10 runs fast and perfect as the game is.
Whole game plays perfectly
