Worked great out of the box
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command%
Graphics settings set to Low
The game runs at 720p by default. In order to fill the screen at 800p, use this github project (https://github.com/Lyall/EiyudenChronicleRisingFix) and set the DLL override for winhttp.
Ran perfectly with no tweaks as of the latest proton build. Solid 60 FPS at low, medium seems the same as well
Dropped to low for battery life but performance was fine at medium

Works flawlessly
I wish they have button layout for PS4 controller since I'm using it

Missing background objects, notably the player's house was completely absent.
Runs well, reducing quality to mid seems to lock to 60fps. For me, the player's house is missing, however. This doesn't affect functionality, but is a graphical issue.
Works like native
Works like a charm here, I had nothing to do but install and launch the game :)
MESA_VK_WSI_PRESENT_MODE=fifo %command%
The game's builtin vsync doesn't perform well for me. It limits to ~45fps on a 60fps screen. When disabling vsync the PC is able to put out 120fps and more. Can be fixed with a small workaround - see below.
Try to disable the builtin vsync if you get lower than expected framerate.
Instead, you can enable vsync on the free Mesa drivers using a launch parameter:MESA_VK_WSI_PRESENT_MODE=fifo
If you're not using Mesa and want to limit your framerate to save battery and/or prevent tearing, you can limit it through DXVK instead:DXVK_FRAME_RATE=<your-fps>
Defaults to high settings on Deck, but uses 20w battery. Changed the settings to Low and then it uses around 15w. The difference in picture quality is minimal.
The in-game text is a bit small and cramped, making it a bit uncomfortable to read.
Runs at 60fps most of the time, but there are some stutters when loading in new animations. All pretty minor so far.
