Game may start in borderless at a low resolution. Change to windowed, then back to fullscreen.
After the controller disconnects due to being idle, the game will take a very long time to re-recognize the controller when it turns on again.
Because I have older hardware, the game refuses to fullscreen/play on dxvk 2.xx, so I have to switch to older dxvk either through older Proton (EG: 7.0) or by using special Proton builds like Proton-Sarek, which include dxvk 1.xx but with modern proton code.

On older systems, you will need to switch to an older Proton version, works flawlessly after doing such.

Modern systems can get away with not switching to an older Proton. But because my GTX 1060 is a bit older, it needs DXVK 1.xx, or else it will have problems, such as constant hangs.
Very uncommon crackling. Probably happened two or three times in my 20-hour playthrough.
After playing for a while, audio sometimes cuts out and crackles upon entering any location
Dualsense controllers not detected after falling asleep and reconnecting, though the dpad will still work. This prevents saving the game. Also infrequent input lag.
Once controllers are not recognized it's impossible to save
Very fun and playable if you make peace with occasionally losing the save of your most recent day
