The game loaded up and played fine. There is even an option in settings to greatly increase the text and UI size, which makes it more than readable on the Steam Deck. I'm not sure why this was rated as "Bronze" on the ProtonDB site, since it's Steam Deck verified and plays very well without having to tweak things or mess with Proton versions. It should be listed as "Platinum" instead of "Bronze".
Works out of the box, doesn't matter who you play with or what system they're on. No need for proton layer.
No issues when playing native on Linux. I tried to force proton but I was unable to accept a invite to join a game. Playing native allowed me to play muliplayer with a friend on a Windows system. Hosting or guest worked out of the box.

Changing video settings during a match leads to crashes.
Just use the native version. Windows version with Proton is borked and will show an error when trying to search for a match.
I can run the game, multiplayer is impossible
When trying to play multiplayer, an Error pops up with the below message:

Multi player doesn't work
The game worked very well at a stable 60 fps, it had some minor frame drops when loading in but that was to be expected.
Alt tabbing resulted in a broken task bar that displayed inaccurate icons. The 'buttons' underneath the broken task bar worked but it was impossible to see what icon or tab i had clicked on.
The game's fullscreen mode works but it always reverts to default after restarting the game. Therefore it is a little bit of a pain if you are trying to run it in borderless window or windowed mode.
Native version works out of the box.

I was unable to do online play. Also, offline match works fine.
Restarting the game seemed to fix this.
I was unable to do online play. It said I wasn't logged into Steam and wasn't able to contact the servers when my internet connection works fine. I retried connecting to a server multiple times with the same message.
