Game crashes immediately when launching without Proton. Switched to Proton Experimental (as of 6/2024) and the game runs flawlessly.
Works better than the Proton version but isn't always up to date. The developers are commited to providing a proper linux release and fix bugs as soon as they are able to.
PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 DXVK_ASYNC=1 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 %command%
FPS drops down to 20 when shooting or a lot is going on
Crashing after playing the game for a few minutes
PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 %command%
Besides ProtonGE and the PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1
env i also had to use the 64bit launch option.
I had frequent crashes with the 32bit version.
gamemoderun PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 %command%
Didn't work out of the box native or with default proton. With default proton and no launch commands I would get a NVAPI related error. After switching to GE-Proton and using the included launch commands to fix the NVAPI error it now works flawlessly having now played a couple online matches!
Black screen, then a crash
I also tried running the game through Proton to no avail.
Native version loaded to menu fine. Able to change settings and open the server browser but joining one crashed the game.
Game fails to load into any level.
Tried Proton... same issues
Native build and GE-Proton both crash when connecting to a server. Regular proton crashes on startup due to a NVAPI driver error
Tried both Proton Experimental and GE-Proton as well
Completely borked.
Native crashes on map load-up, Proton crashes in team select just after load-up.

(launch day report) Native build crashes because of missing SO files and crashes on proton because of a "out of date video driver"
As of now the game is fully borked, the developers are on their way to fix it but it may take a while, i will update this report whem the game gets a linux fix
