Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
Did have some issues with the opening video on 7.0-3, but the game itself worked as expected. Switched to experimental after few minutes and that fixed the video issue. The video issue may be just with my system so I'd say try different versions of proton as needed.

Use proton GE (GE-Proton7-24). Other versions of proton and proton GE has video playback issues.
