Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Set launch options
DXVK_ASYNC=1 PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 PROTON_USE_SECCOMP=1 %command%
Runs stable, no ALT+Tab crash with those Steam Launch options. I turned "SteamVR" off, but I doubt it has any effect.

Install the game (maybe delete old pfx - backup saves e.g.)
To make it run great:

Note
Using PROTON_USE_D9VK=1 instead of PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 (which is recommended) boosts FPS by almost 50%+ BUT Steam Overlay does not work anymore, which makes inviting friends via Steam impossible.
