I've been playing this for 1.000 hours around 50 of which on Linux. Only thing I have to note is that some mods are not supported (Honest Merchant) and others are quite tricky to get working for the average user (Wex Dust). Overall really good although, because of how light the game is and my hardware I cannot assure that there's no performance degradation from Windows to Linux. FPS unlock mod works great.

Hair doesn't render properly.
Mostly when skipping cutscenes and or loading.
Animations as well as the menu seem to be sorta out of place; Animations somewhat skip frames (The game runs easily at 130 fps) and the menu is functional although isn't centered. I don't know whether this is up to Proton or Not.
Maybe with some tinkering this could be brought to a better level.
Even using a Tiling Window manager such as BSPWM.
