i made some progress (and by that i mean i cut the amount of errors because of "missing dll" files i get from terminal when i launch thru wine from 3 to 1 but x3daudio1_7.dll wont load even tho its there)and at this point i am at the ends of my knowledge

after trying different proton versions, GE proton, and experimental, only expermental allowed me to set controls, however it crashes on loading games, different versions crash at different points between opening credits, to loading game
