Do not use proton expermental (which is what steam will use by default) as it'll cause the game to start to a black screen. Using the latest version of proton (9.0-3) or any version below that (also tested to the title screen on 5.13-6) will allow the game to run without issue (without it issues I've experienced on windows with it just crashing when changing display settings).
Works with the latest version (not experimental) of proton with no issues apart form an extended wait for steam to start compiling vulkan shaders from the initial launch and some noticeable tearing in game which might require forcing an FPS lock or vsync, but is a lot more stable then it is on windows where you have to force a 30 FPS lock in your GPU control panel specifically for this game to stop it from instantly crashing before it loads the title screen.
Save data can't be transferred via steam cloud, but save files from the windows version can be moved over by copying the files (hidden files and folders will need to be made visible) from Users/{username}/Appdata/LocalLow/Lazy Bear Games/Graveyard Keeper to the respective directory on linux (again, this requires all files and folders to be made visible) as long as the file manager defaults to your home directory .config/unity3d/lazy bear games/graveyard keeper and the saves should then show when the game is next run.
Entering fullscreen mode causes the game to become unresponsive requiring a forced logout to fix.
Version from EGS run via the heroic launcher (meaning this report is for the windows version and not the native linux version), runs but can't be set into fullscreen mode as it causes the game to become unresponsive and can't be closed by normal means requiring a logout of the current session (Further testing will be done to see if this is just an Ubuntu issue)
