Works great under Proton 7.0-6, your video files will be accessable via Proton's steamuser's Desktop directory.

The F3 menu acts strangely but can be used to find the directories of your lost videos. Playing on Proton Experimental had some serious performance issues after a game or two, so if you run into those issues try switching your Proton type.

Proton 8 caused all textures to be EXTREMELY low resolution
The first area is really choppy, but all further areas ran smoothly
First jumpscare had a harsh few seconds of the game being frozen; further deaths did not freeze.
Running without d3d12 EXACTLY causes all videos to show as white with no audio.
Installing on a hard drive not running my OS caused the game to be unable to launch, however moving it to my main drive made it work perfectly. Game saves were able to be moved over from Windows onto this drive, and both player level and save files stayed intact.

Occasionally freighter bases may disconnect rooms from each other; leaving and re-entering the base seems to fix this issue.
Had some slight steam-cloud-save issues due to playing the game on Windows previously, but it resolved itself.

Had issues when installed on an NTFS drive, no issues on EXT4. Authoring tools run on Proton, if poorly.
