Occasionally used Steam+L1 to enable magnifier to read small text like subtitles.
Enabled fullscreen, V-Sync, enabled DX11 (defaults to DX9), and changed Steam Deck refresh rate to 40Hz. With these settings, framerate was fairly smooth and looked great during gameplay.
60 FPS recommended, as I experienced stutters when deck was set to 40 FPS cap.

All audio is missing when running the game using Steam Deck's default compatibility. Forced the game to use GE-Proton7-39 compatibility tool and audio issues were fixed.
Forcing the game to run using GE-Proton7-39 (or similar versions) should resolve missing audio. Game runs great and plays smoothly at default Deck settings - 60Hz refresh, 60 FPS.
Smooth gameplay with no stutters, and good on battery life during gameplay. I highly recommend using "Wraith's Better Controls" community controller layout as it resolved camera spinning issues and avoids time having to manually re-map all controls and keybinds.
