After applying the tweaks I have listed below Bully runs great, I only experienced one crash in my playthrough of the main story.
Only used on first launch, disabled after launch
I used TheDisgruntledCactus' install script which automates installing the Widescreen and Silent patches.
Had to downgrade Proton to 4.2-9 otherwise the game would crash upon trying to play as a nation. Game now works flawlessly

Every once in a while I'd notice some slight audio degradation in combat but it would usually end in a few seconds and restore to normal quality
Silent Storm runs nearly perfectly. I experienced a few minor hiccups but nothing major that would've detracted from the overall experience.
I used Universal Resolution Changer to achieve 1920x1080 in Silent Storm. Which made some text in the main menu and names of characters on their tabs slightly cropped but not to a point it would be illegible https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Silent_Storm#Video_settings
Sometimes upon alt-tabbing the game would crash when re-entering
Silent Storm: Sentinels natively supports 1920x1080 so the Universal Resolution Changer was not required
