Game worked and was stable for ~3 hours.
Controller being detected caused keyboard input to fail. Unplug controller before launching fixed this.
Did not close properly on selecting quit. Program crashed and had to be force quit by OS

Note : REQUIRES PREFER MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE in the Powermizer settings in Nvidia control panel or game will not boot up for me. Heavy dithering on gradients (not sure if its supposed to be there) Otherwise Minimum graphics settings and adaptive resolution gives me a stable 30FPS.
Game will just stop for a few seconds and close to desktop. Seems random as to what triggers it, sometimes 4 or 5 hours just fine, sometimes it happens quickly
If it wont start on a Nvidia Card try the 'prefer maximum performance' setting in Powermizer.
Game Runs same on Linux as it does Windows.
Sometimes Alt tab works properly sometimes it gets stuck on the game and wont let you access other programs or the desktop. Kinda random.
If you can look past the invisible ground its basically playable.
The ground textures are just missing from the game near the player. Some significant popping in and out in trees and other objects
Game play seemed fine but render test would have moments of heavy lag on a ryzen 9 that did not exist on my 6600FX under window (same GPU)
I tried contacting Ubisoft support for the missing textures, they would not go off windows scrip even when told I was using Proton.

A few months ago this game had a big bug but when I booted up it was fixed over the last few months. (not sure by who but it 'went away') and worked fine for me. I did have a graphics card update and game update, could be either.
I was able to just open and play this game on Linux. Steam cloud even preserved my saves - no loss of progress, right out of the Box
Runs Just like a Bethesda game out of the Box.
Game runs better then my last windows experience and better than some other people on windows are reporting. Frequently get 150FPS and as much as 400FPS with no issues at all. Still a Bethesda game
