When I hit play in steam, I first do get the option to chose between a couple of launch options of which only the last two entries get me a step further than an immediate black screen and back to steam. The last two options are "Launch Titan Quest Anniversary Edition Win10..." and "Launch Titan Quest Anniversary Edition Launc..." (and before you ask, I don't know what comes after the "..." as the window is too small and there is no option to enlarge it!). But it doesn't matter which of the two I chose as both only do get me one step further where I see a Titan Quest screen which asks me to chose between "enhanced" or "legacy". Unfortunately again, it doesn't matter which of the two I pick, as both of them only result in a black screen for a second or two and then it is back to steam again.

What I did try already is to deactivate the DLCs and start the game without them. No success! I re-install the two DLCs Atlantis and Ragnarök. In addition I let steam check the files for failures/corruptions. But nothing helped or changed anything on the behaviour. On github there is an entry which says "Titan Quest Anniversary edition Workaround (475150)" in this thread it is mentioned that it might help to edit the winecfg file. My problem here is that I do not see any winecfg file in the .../steamapps/compatdata/475150/pfx/ folder.

Any help would be much appreciated as I really would love to play the game!
