Set Refresh Rate to 45hz

Graphics:Minor Artifacts

Water occasionally looks weird with lines cutting the surface depending on view angle.

Performance:Slight Performance Problems

Occasional hiccups when loading or rendering planet and base detail.

Tested with NMS 4.0 (Waypoint Update).
