The Start menu issue (slows down the game) doesn't make it enjoyable, but it's playable.
Windowing:Other
When the game becomes a slideshow, the screen keeps flashing every 5 seconds or so (black screen for a second and resume afterward). It feels like the game tries to reset the resolution or window setup.
Input:Responsiveness
I was able to make my Steam Controller work by disabling the Steam Overlay in the game options and then assigning a standard controller layout to Steam's BPM default desktop configuration options. The controller gets completely and properly detected, afterward.
Performance:Significant Performance Problems
Performances are generaly great, but as noted in many other reports, the game often becomes a slideshow when you hit the start menu
