It was quite a surprise, it runs without any hassle, tried with latest proton and it just works!

Input:Controller Detection

Tried with Switch Pro Controller, that works in Big Picture (however didn't it tested in other games for some time). Did not tried yet with other controllers, it's playable via KB and mouse

Meowgnificent performance on Linux with no extra steps.
