Tinker Steps:winetricks

Needed to run the following command to get the pilot speech synthesis working: WINEPREFIX=~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/666610/pfx/ winetricks --force speechsdk

Also needed to install 64-bit WINE before running the above command.

All gameplay-relevant features seem to be working without problem, including saving and resuming. Only thing that i noticed not to work is speech synthesis for instruction readback voices
