Xlive.dll fix wasn't needed, just disable e-sync with start command already written there.

Any amaze title I tried with proton (And I have a quite lot) installs,opens, runs but is simply unplayable. Performance is worse than horrible. It might have something do with protons .Net performance issues , but I might be mistaken.
