In no way would anyone find playing a rhthym game in this way, it's way too laggy to be satisfying.
Huge input lag, and inputs aren't read if they are tapped too fast.
Huge FPS drops. It sticks to around 30-40fps.
I could have just not tried enough solutions, but I couldn't find a way to make this playable.
A little tinkering required, but it works mostly out of the box.
during dialogue sequences, the background becomes visibly blurry
Had to disable steam input to make controllers work
The game is great for people who love platform fighters! Anyone coming from more modern games however should set the buffer to 8 or 9, as the default of 4 eats inputs at times.
Turn off VSync, lighting, and shadows to improve frame drops
Rollback is currently buggy, best online experience comes from delay based netcode on public lobbies.
sometimes preforming certain moves in certain locations can cut the audio briefly, but it may be the game's fault and not proton's
Pixels look off due to the game being stuck 1280x720
No problems with connecting to matches
