Its only hard to find the mods and savegame folder on the linux filesystem. So navigate to your steam installation and then:

Full recommendation for this game on Linux! Only minor WM issues when switching windows, everything works perfect for me.
Windowing:Other
The game cannot be minimized correctly (it stays visible all the time). When the fullscreen mode is toggled the window kinda disappears from the window manager
