Most of the game is playable on Linux with performance issues, but specific parts of the game will hardlock on Nvidia GPUs.

Graphical issues randomly appear
Slow despite my specifications, most likely because of Denuvo.
The game is mostly playable, but due to an issue presumably related to the Nvidia driver the game will crash at certain moments that are required to progess the campaign. I had to use my Steam Deck to progress these parts of the game.
Outside of the issues I've found, when the game works it works really well. Our blue boy is finally back!
Works fine so far with no major hiccups. I haven't tried online but since it requires Epic I probably won't.
Antialiasing doesn't seem to work. This might be a Unity quirk since the Klonoa collection (which runs on the same engine) also had similar issues.
The game WILL install Epic Online Services into its prefix. This is used for the online multiplayer component. Upon starting the game, a prompt will appear asking you to log into your Epic Games account. You can close this prompt and continue as normal, but it will appear every time the game is started. Since Sonic modders have no restraint, I'll update this report when they manage to remove the EGS login screen.
