I looked up here up which Proton version is suggested for a great experience. The Proton version applied to the Steam Deck as well

I switched to 30 FPS

I just used Proton 5.13-6 and changed nothing else

Game works only with Proton 3.7-8

Game works out of the box, with Proton 3.7-8 , any other Proton version i choose doesnt work, it crashes after the intro videos before i can even see the menu. When i use the version i mentioned it works, but i cant pick up any stuff in the game, i have no idea what the problem is
