Constant crashing on launch
I don't know what's up with this game. I launch it and when it tries to connect to 2k services or something, it just crashes. Doesn't get to main menu. I've tried every combination of running on my linux PC, running on steam deck, switching to experimental, stable, GE. Nothing helps. It's all random. But then I try like 5 times and on the 5th time, it'll actually launch and I can play the game. Not to mention that the game runs terribly. CONSTANT stuttering making my head hurt. There's no reason why an RTX 3080 should be having problems running the game. Mafia 1 and 2 played without issues. But I can't recommend Mafia 3
Playing the beta for Steam Next Fest. Was able to boot up and play flawlessly

Added "DXVK_ASYNC=1 %command%" to launch options, no more stuttering or low FPS. For some reason, adding "gamemoderun" crashes on start up. Can't even connect to Origin.
[Closed Beta] Fails to launch
Tried proton experimental and GE-37. Game installs, but first time set up fails to install some additional packages. When trying to launch the game, the "Darktide" pop up comes up, but doesn't progress any further. Really hoping this gets fixed before the full release
The Early Beta works out of the box!
In the closed beta a month ago, there were problems installing the game. I was worried that the game would be unplayable at launch. But the early beta given to people that pre-ordered the game is a newer build. No issues installing, no issues launching and no issues playing!
