Tinker Steps:Launcher: Heroic Launcher, Custom Proton: GE-Proton8-1
If game crashes when clicking on "New Game", a possible fix (worked for me at least) is disabling the integrated graphics from BIOS, forcing to use the dedicated graphics, doing this, the game didn't crash anymore.
