Game opens but crashes after character selection.
You need add a non-Steam shortcut pointing to (APB Reloaded Game Root)/Binaries/APB_BE.exe to launch the game.Launching from updating client is not working. If it throws a error for installing PhysX, install from (APB Reloaded Game Root)/TPI/PhysX/PhysX_9.10.0129_SystemSoftware.exe file.

Works same as on the Windows.
Works better than Windows (as of FPS). Download GE and enter that launch options will works good. Played some minutes and no problems except some little slow loadings.
FPS drops on menu at the first launch but no drops after disabling VSYNC. Same issue that was seen on 2022 Demo/Beta (that one was not launching on Proton/Linux).
Tried 19 June 2023 Next Fest Demo.
Firstly, use Proton GE (never use normal Proton since it won't launch and GE has tweaks for this game). I recommend the close the Steam client and launch it with terminal (Open an terminal application like XTerm, Gnome Terminal, Tilix, etc. and type "steam" or "/Applications/Steam.napp" if you using NebiOS) because GE install some dependicies for this game and it not shown in GUI. After the tweaks installed, throws an error typed "Steam not initlaized" and crashes. Don't mind this, it will launch after clicking the "PLAY" button on Steam again.

I tried both GE 7-55 and 8-25 and I got this error in Content Manager (after clicking play) when starting the game:

This game uses Microsoft's .NET too heavily so very problematic to run the game.
Native version works. If you using pipewire you can set in-game settings > audio output into right device alternatively.
Other distros maybe need tinkering for Windows-class performance but on NebiOS all these optimizations is out-of-box like Feral, RTX, DLSS.

Crashes after 5-10 seconds even on lowest settings

I was ran Cyberpunk + RTX Reflections, Local Shadows and Medium Lightning + DLSS Quality at average 50 FPS (+10/+5 FPS higher than Windows) with Proton GE 7.47 + same kernel (Xanmod 6).
But after 1.62 released, game starts to crash (freeze). First of all I tried with same config (after the update), stucks at black screen. I tried deleting compatdata and upgrading the Proton GE to 7.55, it gives Qt error, finally i tried with Proton Experimental (deleted the compatdata again), 10-5 seconds after loading the game it freezes.
CDPR. Fix. Your. Game. I don't want use Windows because common reasons (Annoying Updates, BSOD, Malware/Virus, etc.) but this should don't mean as "you can't play this game". Anyways, broken after 1.62 update.

Crashes after 10 secs when entering to city (exiting the highways)
The hotfix released April 20, 2023 didn't work. I don't know what CDPR do about this game but broken after 1.62 update. Interestingly the path tracing works (I know it's unsupported and very slow on an 2060 but I tried before disabling NVIDIA-specific configs at launch options) but idk why game crashes inside of the city (probably the CDPR has published the update with some corrupted files).

With RTX opened, the game gives more FPS on Linux (+ 3-5 fps) than Windows but sometimes can be problematic when game got an update.

my keyboard and mouse (MX Keys and MX Anywhere 3) are detected as controller. still playable but no crouching. It's a game problem, not caused by NebiOS/Linux or Windows (as heard of).
Please, play the native version. The running this with proton adds more performance problems upon to the optimisation problems of the game.
The performance is worse than the native version (that version developed by Feral Interactive, No Proton).
The proton is great solution for the games that has no Linux port or has outdated ports (like the Witcher 2 and Saints Row 2/3, they're uses eON that's much worse and outdated) but this game runs much much worse than the native version (remember that Deus Ex: Mankind Divided ported with Feral's own compatibility layer) so if an game has native Linux port, please try the native version firstly (if you do some research and the game uses eON you can use proton without trying native since eON is not works anymore on modern distros and modern hardware).
I used to run this game with old DXVK (Sometimes I play on a old PC) but in Proton 8 I get the error "No DirectX adapters or runtime found.". After deleting old DXVK (in my game files as in DLL - not Proton files) It works great as excepted.
Randomly crashes ans sometimes being annoying like crashes when doing a mission.
