Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 9.0-3

The game runs fine with GE 9-22. But none of the cutscenes will play; they just show a TV test screen. The default Steam setting also runs fine, but the cutscenes will run at half speed. 9.0-4 ran just fine.

Significant Bugs:Yes

Had to run my monitor at 60 hz. Running at 144 didn't cause issues with hit's not registering so i could not use any of the super attacks.

Game is not native it just runs in wine that doesn't work.
